Using ReFlow

You must provide accurate account information, keep access to your email account secure and use ReFlow only for lawful personal planning. You are responsible for reviewing your plan and every suggested change before relying on it.

ReFlow is a planning tool. It is not emergency, medical, legal, financial or professional advice, and it is not designed for safety-critical decisions.

Limited Beta service

The Beta may change, contain defects or experience interruptions. Features can be revised or withdrawn as ReFlow learns from Beta use. We may suspend access when needed to protect users, data or the service.

ReFlow suggestions are informational until you explicitly confirm a supported action. ReFlow does not create, edit or delete Google Calendar events.

Subscriptions

ReFlow Free remains usable without ReFlow Plus. When ReFlow Plus is offered, the store shows the current price, billing period and applicable taxes before purchase. Pricing can change before public launch and no introductory trial is promised for the initial Beta.

Subscriptions are billed and managed by the App Store or Google Play. Restore purchase is available for the same ReFlow account and store ownership. Cancellation stops future renewal but normally leaves Plus active until the paid period ends. Store refund rules apply.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass ReFlow security, access another person’s account, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected service components, or use ReFlow to violate law or another person’s rights.

Content and ownership

You retain rights in the planning content you enter. You give ReFlow the limited permission needed to host, process, synchronize and display that content solely to provide and protect the service.

ReFlow’s software, branding and service materials remain owned by the ReFlow operator or its licensors. Feedback may be used to improve ReFlow without including your private planning content in public materials.

Service responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the Beta is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law rights.

Ending use and contact

You can stop using ReFlow and delete your account from Profile. Deleting ReFlow does not automatically cancel a store subscription, which must be managed through the App Store or Google Play.
