Delete your account in ReFlow

Open Profile, choose the account and data deletion control, review the consequences and enter the exact confirmation requested. ReFlow freezes new account writes while the server completes the deletion.

What ReFlow removes

Deletion removes the ReFlow authentication account and owner-linked planner, preferences, behavioural state, content-free analytics, feedback, Google Calendar connection credentials and commerce entitlement. ReFlow then clears owner-scoped local app data and the saved session from the device.

If the network result is uncertain, ReFlow keeps the account operation fenced until the server confirms the outcome. A content-minimized deletion receipt is retained for 35 days for operational verification and then automatically purged.

Subscriptions and connected services

Deleting ReFlow removes the stored Google Calendar connection but does not delete or modify Google events. You can also revoke ReFlow access from your Google account.

Account deletion does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription separately in the App Store or Google Play to stop future renewal. Store transaction records remain subject to the store’s legal and accounting obligations.

Request deletion through support

If you cannot access the app, contact the dedicated ReFlow support address shown on this site. ReFlow must verify account ownership before processing an external deletion request and will not accept sign-in codes or passwords by email.
